Mention emails

When a user is @mentioned in a comment, Noora will automatically send them an email that is branded to match your feedback portal:

It is worth considering the following with @mentions in Noora:

  • When you reply to a comment, Noora will automatically @mention the author of the comment you are replying to.
  • End-users have the possibility to notify each other using @mentions.

Note: As with all emails sent to users, there is an unsubscribe link attached to these emails. This will unsubscribe the user from all emails from your workspace, including status changes, mentions and admin comment emails.
